The Ghana Football Association (GFA) has declared its readiness to take all necessary steps to revive beach football. It was reported by the Ghana Web.
GFA General Secretary Prosper Harrison Addo has confirmed Ghana's interest in participating in the next African Beach Soccer Cup. This decision came after the national team's head coach, Daniel Kotey, presented a detailed roadmap for monitoring, selection, training camp, and beach soccer players' preparation for the upcoming international competitions based on performances in the domestic arena.
Currently, From the 26 clubs that have applied to participate in the Ghana Championships on the FIFA CMS online platform, 21 have been officially confirmed.
Ghana's last performance at international tournaments was in 2016.
